FORT WORTH, Texas - - The Tulane volleyball team snapped a four-match losing streak with a dramatic 3-2 come-from-behind win over the University of San Francisco at the TCU Volleyball Invitational on Saturday.

Depsite dropping the first two games to the Dons, Tulane (6-4) rallied in the final three games to post a 12-15, 5-15, 15-11, 15-5, 15-10 victory. The win marked the Wave's first five-game match of the year and the first time since 1994 that Tulane has come back from an 0-2 deficit.

An all-around team effort boosted the Wave, as six Green Wave players recorded double figures in either kills or digs. Senior Kim Sentmore posted a match-high 25 kills to go along with 14 digs, while Erin Dobyanski notched a career-high 18 kills. Freshman Lauren Jones-McClain added 15 kills, while classmate Kim Swafford added a career-high 11 kills. Sophomore Lindsey Bennett recorded 16 digs against the Dons.

The Wave was not as fortunate in its opening match of the day, falling 3-0 to Cal-State Fullerton, 15-13, 15-10, 15-6. Jones-McClain led Tulane with 11 kills and a .276 hitting percentage, while Sentmore had a team-high 10 digs. Liz Gruns added a team-best five blocks against the Titans.

Tulane returns to action on Tuesday, as the Green Wave open Conference USA play against Southern Miss in Fogelman Arena at 7 p.m.
