Sophomore (2008): Played in 31 matches and 109 sets as a sophomore...finished second on the team in blocks (98) and blocks per set (0.90) while sitting sixth in kills (89), kills per set (0.82) and total points (142.5)...also chipped in with 45 assists and 44 digs on the year...tallied four-plus blocks on 14 occasions, including a career-high nine (one solo, eight assists) against Rice (10/24)...posted five-plus kill matches six times, including a career-best six against Missouri in the BYU Molten Invitational (8/29) and at UTEP (11/14)...had 13 multiple-dig outings, including a career-best six against Houston in the Conference USA Semifinals (11/22)...hit .300 or better 19 times, including a career-best .750 clip after tallying six kills and no errors in eight swings at UTEP (11/14)...named to C-USA All-Academic Team for her performance in the classroom...off the court, was named to C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and Tulane's 3.0 Club.

Freshman (2007): Appeared in 33 matches and 106 sets as a true freshman...ranked second on the team in blocks per set (0.86), third in blocks (91), fifth in points (140.0), and sixth in kills (86) and kills per set (0.81)...also chipped in with 34 digs and 23 assists...posted four-plus blocks 13 times, including a season-best eight (three solo, five assists) against Loyola Marymount in the LMU Hilton/LAX Invitational (9/7)...tallied four-plus kills in nine contests, including a career-high six vs. VCU at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport Classic (9/15)...hit .200 or better on 18 occasions, including a .556 mark against the Rams courtesy of six kills and one error on nine swings...had a 10 multiple-dig outings, including a season-high three vs. Texas Pan American in the Domino's Invitational (9/1), McNeese State (10/9) and Houston (11/4)...awarded the Richard C. Colton, Jr. Scholarship for a volleyball student-athlete who demonstrates diligence, competitive drive and passion for the game...off the court, was named to the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and Tulane's 3.0 Club.

Prep: Lettered three times at Albuquerque Academy for coach Liz Green...named all-district all three years and claimed Albuquerque Tribune's Female Athlete of the Year recognition her final two prep seasons...as a senior, claimed New Mexico's Female Student-Athlete of the Year, second-team all-state and first-team all-metro honors...tabbed second-team all-metro as a junior...also lettered twice in basketball where she twice earned all-state honors, and two years in track where she set a state record in the high jump as a junior and claimed state titles in the 300-meter hurdles as a sophomore and junior...off the court, was an AP Scholar and a member of the Cum Laude Society...played club for the Albuquerque Juniors where she helped the team advance to the Junior Olympics.

Personal: Born Lindsey Paige Shepard on Sept. 21, 1988 in Albuquerque, N.M...daughter of Jim and Linda Shepard...has two brothers, Nathan and Clayton...majoring in biomedical engineering.
