Sophomore Jacqui Katz and the Tulane women's tennis team will conclude the 2013 portion of its schedule at the Roberta Alison Fall Classic this weekend.

NEW ORLEANS - Tulane's women's tennis team will conclude the fall portion of its 2013 schedule this weekend at the 26th Roberta Alison Fall Classic on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 1-2, in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
Matches will begin at 9 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and will be played at the Alabama Tennis Stadium, the Alabama Rec Courts and potentially the Roberta Alison Baumgardner Tennis Facility.
There will be one round of doubles on Friday with two rounds of singles following. On Saturday, there will be two rounds of doubles and the final round of singles. Each draw will consist of eight singles players or doubles teams.
The 17-team field competing in this year's event includes: Alabama, Clemson, Furman, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, LSU, Loyola Marymount, Michigan, Middle Tennessee State, Mississippi State, Northwestern, Samford, Tennessee, Tulane, UAB, UNC Greensboro and Vanderbilt.
"With this being the last fall tournament of the year, we are focusing on the process versus the outcome of matches to see how much we have improved since our tournament debut in mid-September," Tulane head coach Terri Sisk said. "I am very proud of the fight and resilience we have exhibited since the beginning of September so I have no doubt that this weekend will be a success no matter what."
