New Orleans - The Tulane women's tennis team will look to get back into the win column when it hosts Rutgers at 10 a.m. this Wednesday, March 19 at the City Park Pepsi Center. There is no charge for admission to the match.

The Green Wave (4-12) will conclude what was supposed to be a four-match home stand on Wednesday as well. Tulane was scheduled to play Rutgers in the morning and Alcorn State in the afternoon, but the match against the Lady Braves has been cancelled. TU will look to get back to .500 at home when it battles the Scarlet Knights.

Tulane senior Klara Vyskocilova has reached mid-March and remains undefeated this spring in dual matches with an unblemished mark of 9-0 and has won her last 11 matches dating back to last fall. Vyskocilova is 16-6 overall and has wins over a pair of Top-25 nationally-ranked players this spring.

"We are excited for another match against a solid Division I team in Rutgers," Tulane head coach Terri Sisk said. "We are looking to continue to improve and really execute under pressure."

Rutgers (8-3) is playing a three-match road swing in the Crescent City and is off to a 1-0 record after defeating Southern in NOLA, 7-0, on Sunday and was slated to play Southeast Louisiana on Tuesday. The Scarlet Knights are 4-3 on the road this season.

The Green Wave women's tennis team will play all of its home matches this spring at the City Park Pepsi Center. The City Park Pepsi Tennis Center features 16 hard and 10 clay courts, a clubhouse with a pro shop, restrooms, showers and a meeting room. The facility is located off Marconi Blvd. between I-610 and Harrison Avenue. For more information on City Park Pepsi Center, please visit http://www.neworleanscitypark.com/tennis.html.
