New Orleans - The Tulane women's tennis team came up short in its bid to upset No. 73 Colorado this morning, suffering a 4-0 defeat to the Buffaloes at the Rocky Mountain Center in Boulder, Colo.

The match was originally schedule to be played outside but was moved inside due to windy conditions. Tulane (4-16) dropped the doubles point with a default at No. 3 and an 8-3 loss at the second slot.

Colorado (8-10) claimed the top two spots in singles and the No. 6 position due to default to take the match.
