Prep: Was ranked as high as No. 130 in singles and No. 90 in doubles among world juniors by the ITF... Ranked as high as No. 5 in Russia and was a member of the Russian national team that won the 1998 Continental Cup - the world team championships... Won the Moscow Championships in 1992, 1994 and 1995... Was the runner-up at the 1996 Russian Indoor Championships... Was a semifinalist at the 1997 Russian Championships... Finished second at the Jakarta Tournament in 1998... Reached the quarterfinals of the 1998 Austrian event at St. Polten... Attended Experimental Secondary School No. 204.
