2014-15: Career highs in overall wins (18-14) and dual victories (14-8) ... Primarily played the No. 5 slot, where she went 11-7 ... Her 14 dual wins was team high ... Tallied a season best five straight wins from Jan. 23-Feb. 8 ... Won eight of her last 11 matches ... Defeated Temple's Minami Okajima, 6-4, 6-2, in conference tournament quaterfinals ... Earned wins vs. opponents from No. 59 New Mexico and No. 69 Yale, to help claim those team ranked victories ... Picked up 11 straight-set wins ... Also set career bests in doubles, going 16-14 overall and 13-8 in dual action ... Partnered with Ipek Birol in the No. 3 position, winning their first six matches of the spring ... Katz/Birol played a major role in the Green Wave claiming 15 doubles points ... Went 3-2 against AAC opponents, which includes the conference tournament.
2013-14: Tallied the third most wins on the squad with a 14-20 overall record ... Achieved an 8-13 mark in the spring dual season with a 1-2 record against Conference USA opponents ... Played four matches at No. 2 singles where she went 3-1 ... Produced a three match win streak twice this past season ... Nine of her 14 victories were in straight sets ...Primarily played No. 1 doubles where she posted the best dual record on the team at 9-5 ... Picked up her first two conference doubles wins against Southern Miss and UTSA ... Finished the spring season 6-2 in her final 12 doubles matches.
2012-13: Played in 17 singles contests and eight doubles matches during her rookie season...sported a 12-3 singles mark, including a 3-1 record in dual matches, and was 5-3 in doubles with partner, Emma Helisten...was 1-0 at the No. 5 spot and 2-1 at the No. 6 position in dual play...fell in her first collegiate match but rebounded with six straight wins and won six of her last seven singles contests to complete the year...10 of her wins came in straight sets.
High School: A five-star recruit who attended both Kaplan College Prep and Laurel Springs High School...a left-hander, ranked as the 36th-best player in the nation according to TennnisRecruiting.net...was the third-ranked player in the state of New York, the seventh-best netter in the Mid-Atlantic Region and owns the 41st-best RPI in the nation with a 25-8 record according to the same publication...ranked among the top-100 players in the country the last four years, including her junior year where she ranked as high as No. 54, her sophomore campaign, where she ranked as high as No. 87 and as a freshman where she peaked at No. 86...a three-year member of the National Honor Society, was a three-time Kaplan Distinguished Scholar from 2009-11 and received the Top Scholar Award from the Evert Tennis Academy in 2009 and 2010 and was the recipient of the Excellence in Athletics and Academics in 2009.
