Overall thoughts on the meet
"I thought we swam alright today. There were some standouts in my mind and then there were a few setbacks as well. I was telling the team that we can learn a lot from failures. We're going to take some time to look back and see what we can do better so that we continue to move forward as a program."

On who stood out in the meet
"Amy Needham was very, very fast in her 200 fly and her 100 fly was very good as well. Joy had two life-time best times in the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke. She was outstanding, especially for a freshman. Jonna stepped up and finally touched first in that 50 free. That was great to see. Mia is always a strong competitor and Caitlin [Corcoran], one of our seniors, had a good 200 breaststroke - her best of the season so far. Cari [Caprio] continues to fight strong. She's a tough kid so we're really happy with our seniors.

On what she takes from this meet
"There were some people that were a little slower than we expected but that's okay. We'll move forward and take a look at what we can do to do prepare better for the meets that we have left this season."
