Prior To Tulane: Three-year letterwinner at West Virginia University before redshirting the 2003-04 season...a two-time captain of the Mountaineers' squad, she twice earned team MVP honors, and claimed All-Big East recognition in the 50, 100 and 200 free as a sophomore and junior...as a sophomore, posted a team-high 15 individual victories...set school marks in the 100 free with a time of 50.41 in 2002 and in the 200 free with a time of 1:50.58 in 2003...also was a part of WVU record-setting relay squads that posted times of 1:43.96 in the 200 IM and 3:49.36 in the 400 medley relay, as was a member of the 2001 200 free relay team that won the league title, earned all-conference honors and set a Big East mark with a 1:32.40...posted a career-best time in 50 free (23.36)...earned NCAA Academic All-America honors as a sophomore and junior...away from the pool, was a member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll, serve as the president of the Student Athlete Advisory Council and was selected to represent West Virginia at the NCAA Leadership Conference in 2003.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Slidell High...earned all-state, all-district, all-metro and all-St. Tammany Parish honors all four years as a prepster...away from the pool, was a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club and Key Club, and was class vice president twice.

Club: Swam for Hurricane Swim Club under coach Ed Kelly for 17 years...earned all-state honors 12 times.

Personal: Born Devlyn Ashley Quinn on March 18, 1982 in New Orleans, La...daughter of Jack and Judy Quinn...has one brother, Jack, and one sister, Brandi...pursuing a master's degree in exercise science with a minor in business.
