High School: Four-year letterwinner at Mercy High for coach Jim Downs...nine-time All-American earned all-state, All-Catholic League, all-county and all-area honors three times during her prep career...as a senior, qualified for the state championship meet in the 100, 200 and 500 free, 100 fly, 200 and 400 free relays and the 200 medley relay...helped Mercy win the MISCA Catholic League title all four years as a prepster, claim three Oakland County Championships, and finish second overall in the Division I state meet as a senior...away from the pool, was a member of the National Honor Society and Students Against Drunk Driving, as well as several volunteer charitable organizations.

Club: Swam for the Dearborn Dolphins where she qualified for the Junior Nationals in the 100 fly from 2001-03...recorded a Senior National qualifying time in the 4x100 medley relay in winter 2003...best times are 57.68 in the 100-yard fly, 1:04 in the 100-meter fly, 2:09.72 in the 200 fly and 1:53 in the 200 free.
