Auburn, Ala. - Junior Alexis Wooster fired a four-over par 76 and the Green Wave shot a team 313 as the Tulane University women's golf team finished day two of the NCAA Fall Preview in 14th place at the par-72, 6,215-yard Grand National Lake Course hosted by Auburn University on Saturday.

Senior Carolin Landmann leads the Green Wave with a two-day, six-over par 140 as the Green Wave are just 10 strokes away from a Top 10 finish at the nation's premier fall tournament. Tulane and the 18-team field conclude tourney play on Sunday with the final 18 holes.

As a team, Tulane tallied seven birdies and shot par on 42 occasions on Saturday. Sophomore Liliana Alvarez led the way with three birdie holes, followed by Landmann with a pair while freshman Mary Ellen Jacobs and Wooster each had one.

Landmann, who ranks tied for 28th overall is followed on the Green Wave list by Alvarez with a 10-over par 154 (T46. 77-77), Jacobs and Wooster with 13-over par 157s (T59. 75-82, 81-76, respectively) and junior Lindsay Hulwick with a plus-19 163 (T80. 79-84).

Arizona leads the talented field with a five-over par 581 (289-292) to hold a two-stroke lead over host Auburn (287-297=583), and the Wildcat's Cassandra Kirkland leads the individual race with a four-under par 140 (68-72).

Following Sunday's final 18 holes, the Green Wave return to action on Friday, Sept. 26 when they open play in the Mason Rudolph Championship in Franklin, Tenn.
