In The NCAA Championships (2013, 2014, 2015): Has three NCAA Championship appearances, including 2013 (Athens, Ga.), 2014 (Tulsa, Okla.) and 2015 (Bradenton, Fla.)...in the 2015 Championships, she qualified for the final round of stroke play as an individual and carded a 5-over 293 (74-75-73-71) total for a ninth place, the best by a Tulane golfer in the national championship round...in her second appearance, she fired a 15-over 295 (73-72-75-75) for 67th place...in her first appearance in the NCAA Championships, she posted a 58th place finish with a 14-over 302 (74-75-75-78).
Junior (2014-15): Played 34 rounds in 11 tournaments and produced a 74.85 (2545 strokes) scoring average, the third-best on the team...her rounds counted 30 times and she had seven rounds of par or lower, including a school-record tying 7-under 65 during the second round of the UCF Challenge for a career-low 54-hole total of 7-under 209, the third-lowest 54-hole total in school history, and she also logged her best finish of the year with a fourth place finish at the same event...had three Top-10 finishes and four Top-20 efforts.
Fall of 2014: Logged the lowest scoring average on the team with a 74.50 (894 strokes) and posted three rounds of par or lower...finished with a 2-under 214 54-hole total at the Alamo Invitational.
Sophomore (2013-14): Named to the All C-USA third team, the All-Louisiana first team and received the C-USA Most Improved Award...also named the C-USA Golfer of the Week on Sept. 25...played 33 rounds in 12 tournaments and posted a 73.76 scoring average, which tied for the fifth-best effort in a single season...finished par or lower in seven rounds, including a season-low 2-under 69 in the second round of the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championships (par-71) and a 2-under 70 during the opening round of the Alamo Invitational (par 72)...her score has counted toward the team total 27 times...had one round in the 60s.
Fall of 2013: Played 11 rounds in four events and sported a 72.18 scoring average (794 strokes), which led the team...her 1-over 217 at both the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invitational and the Alamo Invitational are tied for her best 54-hole total of her career...has four Top-20 finishes, including the runner-up at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championships.
Freshman (2012-13): Played 33 rounds in 11 tournaments and registered a 75.97 (2507 strokes) scoring average, which ranks fifth on the team...posted four rounds of par better, including a career low 2-under 70 during the second round of the Ole Miss Rebel Intercollegiate...her score counted toward the team's score in 26 of 33 rounds...registered her lowest 54-hole score of her career with a 5-over 221 at the UCF Challenge and the Conference USA Championships...had one Top-5 finish and three Top-20 efforts...her best finish was fourth at the C-USA Championships, where she was named to the C-USA All-Tournament team...posted a 58th place finish with a 14-over 302 at the NCAA Championships.
Fall 2012: Played all 12 rounds in four tournaments and posted a 77.50 (930 strokes) scoring average...notched her best finish of the fall with an 18th-place showing at the Old Waverly Bulldog Invitational her first collegiate event.
High School/IMG Academy: A right-handed golfer, who attended Colegio Colombo Britanico Pendleton School and the IMG Academy as a senior...came to Tulane ranked 20th by the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Polo Golf rankings and joined fellow signee Opfer on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour...posted three top-three finishes, including a first place showing in three outings at IMG Academy...won the Old Corkscrew tournament this past October and finished with a 74.00 average for six rounds...Garces claimed the 2009 AJGA Coca-Cola Junior All-Star Championship, the 2010 Torneo Selectivo al Camp. Suraamericano Juvenil and the Primera Parada Campeonato Nacional de Menores...also took second place at the 2010 XX Campeonato Internacional and posted a third-place effort at the 2011 Coumbus Junior presented by the Memorial Tournament.
