Career Notes: 2-year letterwinner has bowled 100 matches over 18 tournaments in her Tulane career. She has recorded a career-high of 289 pins, which puts her atop the Green Wave all-time list. Additionally, she notched a 201.39 pin average in her sophomore campaign. Ng earned two All-Tournament team honors during her sophomore season, making the cut at the Hawk Classic and the SFA Stormin' Lady Jacks Classic tournaments. She also earned the Tournament MVP award at the Hawk Classic. Ng earned Allstate Sugar Bowl Collegiate Bowling Invitational All-Tournament team honors during the 2014 tournament held in Kenner, La., one of two honors received by the Green Wave all season. She earned her first NTCA All-American award after her 2015-2016 campaign, the first in Tulane's history.

2015-2016 Season (Sophomore): Michelle Ng dominated the scene during her sophomore campaign, topping the Green Wave in every major category. She bowled in 54 total games, racked up 10,875 pins, earned a career-high 201.39 pin average and set her season-high at the Stormin' Lady Jacks Classic on February 13th with a 275 against Southern. Ng's 275 score is second-all time among Green Wave bowlers in program history, sitting only behind her previous score of 289 during her freshman campaign. Ng also earned three honors this season, earning All-Tournament honors at the Hawk Classic and the SFA Stormin' Lady Jacks Classic, while grabbing Tournament MVP honors at the Hawk Classic as well. To cap off her season, Ng took home an NTCA All-American Honorable Mention award, the first of her career and the first in Tulane program history.

2014-2015 Season (Freshman): Michelle Ng recorded a 189.00 pin average over 46 games bowled in her freshman season. She recorded a career-high of 289 pins against Vanderbilt in October at the Allstate Sugar Bowl Collegiate Bowling Invitational in Kenner, La. She topped the Green Wave bowlers in almost every major category, leading in total pins (8694), games played (46), and placing second in pin average (189.00). Her career-high of 289 pins in a single game is also the top score among all Green Wave bowlers in school history.

HIGH SCHOOL: Michelle Ng graduated from Raffles Institution (Junior College) in May of 2013. She participated in numerous Bowling Championships during her high school career, including the Asian School Bowling Championship in 2012, where she placed 3rd for doubles and 11th for all events. She also participated in the 45th and 46th Singapore International Open Championships, achieving 1st place in the U18 category, and 3rd for Youth Masters group with a 202.00 pin average, respectively. She played in the Singapore National Age Group Tournament in 2011 and 2012, placing 2nd in Under 18 Masters and Under 18 All Events categories in 2011, and 2nd in Under 18 and 6th in Under 21 categories in 2012. In 2013, she placed 3rd overall in the Singapore National Championship Youth Open and 2nd for Singles (5th in All Events) at the Singapore A Division National Tournament, averaging a 202.00 pin score.

PERSONAL: Michelle Ng was born to Mike Ng and Monica Yeh on March 16th, 1995, in Orange County, Calif. Ng has one younger brother named Mitchell. She currently is undecided about her major.
