On the match-up between Tulane and North Carolina State
"It's going to be a great match-up with both teams being undefeated. N.C. State really has a nice team this year. Probably more than most of the teams on our schedule, they have such a balance of inside and outside. They have a dominant post game and that will present a lot of problems. This will be a great opportunity for us."
On her ties to basketball in the North Carolina area and Reynolds Coliseum
"I worked Kay Yow camps for year and I've probably been on this campus more than any other ACC campus. This area is so basketball crazy. I think it will be a great experience for our kids to go to Reynolds with the great fan base that they have. It should be a good day."
On if she feels her team can bounce back from an uncharacteristic performance on Friday
"Offensively, we just didn't execute as well as we have been and we let some of the fouls that were called and the foul trouble get to us mentally. Hopefully we learned something from that. I am proud that we were not playing well and still found a way to win. Some players came up big. Chinwe [Duru] came up big in those last four minutes and we got some big rebounds. Hopefully, we can learn something from a close game and are able to bounce back."
On if Sunday's game against the Wolfpack is a measuring stick contest for her team
"We have a lot of games on the schedule right now that are really going to be challenges for us. You look at this one, then you turn around and play Ole Miss. We have Auburn on the schedule. We have Virginia on the schedule. We've got some tough games and this is one of those groups. This is a team that has some experience and they are playing really well right now. They're putting up a lot of numbers so we're going to have to be ready to play for 40 minutes. This is not a 38-minute game or anything. This will be a 40-minute game."
