On if she feels this year's championship can be won by any team in the league
"I certainly think it is. So many teams have beaten teams that are ranked higher than them. It came down to the wire where people were ranked, especially from four through 11 or 12. It's anybody's tournament. I think it'll come down to who's playing well and who can play three or four games back-to-back."
On what Tulane needs to do in order to win the C-USA Championship
"We need to be consistent. For us, we've got to go out, keep playing like we've been playing and just be consistent. The key to winning in the tournament is to not get into the moment where you're worried about what's going to happen. You just have to be consistent and play how you played when you were successful during the (regular) season."
On if she feels her team's depth will be an advantage next week in Tulsa
"I think that's a big advantage for us. The games are going to be more intense than ever. When you get into the postseason, they're more intense. When they're more intense, the players you can use to contribute will certainly help."
On the C-USA Championship being in Tulsa, site of the Green Wave's last title win in 2010
"I think our seniors will remember our trip to Tulsa. It certainly was a fond memory and this is where they'll be finishing their Conference USA careers. It's a new year, and right now with tournament time it's a new year for everybody."
On Tulane historically playing well in the C-USA Championship
"I think it can only be an asset for us. Our seniors have only known getting to the finals. It's about expectations. It's not the expectations that us as coaches put on them but I think it's what they put on each other."
