Head Coach Lisa Stockton
"That is a different kind of team than we play all year. When you play against all the screens and all the three pointers, our post players had to get out an guard the perimeter. I think they did a great job tonight."

"Our center, Alendra Brown, had to guard a three point shooter and did a great job," Stockton said. "Megan Valicevic came in and played the four and she did a great job for us - and she had a lot of points. We were able to get points from a lot of people."

On Megan Valicevic and her career-high tying night
"I think she's just improved every game. And that's a kid that just works hard all the time. She was able to come out there and defensively match up with them well. And offensively, she went to the basket, got to the line and hit her free throws."

On Saturday's match-up with Florida International
"They are a good team, I'm certainly familiar with their program. They have some size in the perimeter - which is what we have been playing against all year. They have some shooters and I really feel they have good size on the perimeter. It's one of those games that is really going to challenge us. And that's why you do this. We put the schedule together to challenge ourselves, with different teams from different conferences. It's a different conference, a different style. We've got to come out tomorrow and really play with intensity."
