Appeared in 25 games as a freshman, averaging 7.3 minutes per game... Scored her first career basket against Georgia Tech (Nov. 13)... Recorded a career-high six points and a career-high seven rebounds in Tulane's win at Stephen F. Austin (Nov. 16) in 14 minutes of action... Tied her career-high with six points in the Green Wave's win over Louisiana-Monroe (Dec. 29)... Grabbed six rebounds in Tulane's win at Louisiana-Lafayette (Nov. 27) with five points... Scored four points in each game against Kansas State (Nov. 21), Northern Illinois (Nov. 22) and UAB (Jan. 20)...Posted four games with four rebounds... Pulled down 15 of her 33 rebounds on the offensive glass...Rejected two shots against No. 7 LSU and added two steals...Totaled five blocks on the season... Recorded five steals on the year... Connected on all three of her field goal attempts in a win over Louisiana-Monroe (Dec. 29)... Handed out a pair of assists on the season.

Slaton earned First Team All-District honors as a freshman and sophomore at Ocean Springs High School in Mississippi before relocating to Rockwall, Texas after Hurricane Katrina, where she attended Rockwall High School her junior and senior seasons... As a junior with Rockwall, she earned All-District honors and led her team to the State Championship game last season, finishing as the runner-up... She also helped her team get to the district championship game as a freshman and sophomore at Ocean Springs... As a sophomore she was named All-Area, Academic All-Area and honorable mention All-American for Ocean Springs... Off the court, she's a member of the honor roll and was named Academic All-District.

Daughter of Burdette Price and Sedric Slaton... Born on April 28, 1989 in Lakenheath, England... Intends to major in Business Administration.
