As a Sophomore (2007-08):
Made 11 appearances in the Green Wave's 30 games... Connected on five of her 15 attempts from the field and all four of her free throw attempts... turned in season-highs with five points and six rebounds in Tulane's win over Texas-San Antonio (Dec. 21) at the Tulane DoubleTree Classic, with two field goals and a free throw... Posted four points in Tulane's win over Nicholls State (Jan 2.) on two-of-three shooting, with two rebounds and her lone steal of the season.... Handed out three assists on the year, against Texas-San Antonio (Dec. 21) at the Tulane DoubleTree Classic, against Nicholls State (Jan. 2) and at UTEP (Jan. 26)... Seven of her 14 rebounds on the season came on the offensive glass... Picked up a pair of rebounds against Nicholls State (Jan. 2) and Tulsa (Feb. 28)... Added three points in Tulane's win at Louisiana-Lafayette (Nov. 27).

As a Freshman (2006-07):
Appeared in 11 of Tulane's 33 games... Scored her first collegiate points in Tulane's victory over Loyola, as she connected on three-of-five field goal attempts, including two-of-three from three-point range for a career-high 10 points. Also added two rebounds, one offense, one defensive in a season-most 14 minutes... Picked up four points and two rebounds, along with a season-best two assists in Tulane's win over Fordham at the Tulane DoubleTree Classic... Added four points in Tulane's win at home against Houston on January 5... Matched her season-high with two more assists in Tulane's win over UTEP at home on January 20... Grabbed two boards and posted one assist against No. 23 Texas Tech... Recorded a career-high three steals against UCF... Added four points and a steal in Tulane's WNIT First Round win Over Jackson State at Fogelman Arena.

A 5-8 guard, Tia Jackson was ranked as the 26th-best player in Texas by TexasHoops.com as a junior at Crosby High School, the same school as former Green Wave player Destiny Drew... A 2005 Pre-season Houston Chronicle All-Greater Houston Team selection, Jackson was an all-state honoree as a junior... The 4A district MVP, she was named to the Houston Chronicle All-Greater Houston Team as a junior... A two-time all-region and a three-time all-district pick, Jackson was selected as the district 4A offensive MVP as a sophomore. Her AAU team, the Houston Hotshots, won the BCI/AAU national championship in 2004-05 and advanced to the AUU title game that same year.
