Scored a then-career high 15 points off the bench in Tulane's season-opening win at Alabama (Nov. 10), with a 9-for-10 performance from the free throw line... Scored 22 points in the next seven games before being added to the starting lineup... Increased her scoring average from 4.6 PPG to 9.8 PPG as a starter... Recorded 53 steals as a starter in 22 games after swiping seven in eight games off the bench... Set a new career high with 17 points on 6-of-10 shooting in her first start of the season in Tulane's win at Rhode Island (Dec. 5), with a career-high seven rebounds... Named Louisiana Sports Writers' Association Player of the Week for Dec. 3-9 after she set career-highs in both points (17) and rebounds (7) in her first start of the season in Tulane's win at Rhode Island (Dec. 5)... Topped that mark of 17 with a new career-high with 23 points at SMU (Feb. 2), connecting on 9-of-14 from the field and 5-of-9 from behind the three-point arc, while chipping in three steals... As a Freshman (2006-07):
Appeared in 16 games for the Green Wave, scoring 30 points (1.2 PPG) in 84 minutes (5.3 per contest)... Connected on 10 of her 23 field goal attempts... Five of her 11 rebounds came on the offensive glass... Scored her first collegiate points with a pair of free throws against No. 9 LSU on 11/19... Dished out three assists with four rebounds in Tulane's win over Loyola on 11/21... Scored a career-best nine points with three rebounds and a career-high five assists while logging a season-high 17 minutes against Fordham, connecting on three of her five field goal attempts, including her only three-pointer of the season. Also hit a perfect two-for-two from the free throw line... Her career-best three steals came in the win over Loyola... Handed out a pair of assists in Tulane's WNIT win over Jackson State, adding two points.

Chassity Brown, a 5-8 senior guard at Loyola Prep, averaged 16 points and broke several school records during her junior campaign, including points (615) and steals (152) in a single season. The second-team all-state honoree also set the all-time marks at Loyola with 368 steals and three-point field goal percentage at .410. She also earned her second consecutive District MVP last season and her third all-district selection while being named to the Shreveport Times all-city team. Following her junior season at Loyola, Brown was selected as a Basketball Congress International (BCI) All-American as well as an AAU All-American while playing for ArkLaTex.
