Handed out a career-best three assists in Tulane's home win over Houston (Feb. 16)... Barnes averaged 13.1 points per game and 7.1 assists per game for Southern University Laboratory School... As a senior, she was First Team All-Louisiana and the District MVP, as well as First Team All-Metro and Honorable Mention All-America... The team advanced to the state semifinals the past two seasons and the state championship in 2004... Barnes' teams also won a pair of state championships in 2002 and 2003...
