Associate Athletics Director/Development
Mary Hoffman was named Assistant Athletics Director, Director of the Tulane Athletics Fund in September 2009. Mary is responsible for directing all Tulane Athletics Fund efforts including solicitations, correspondence, benefit fulfillment and special events.
Mary comes to Tulane University from James Madison University where she was the Assistant Director of the Duke Club. In that role, Mary helped the Duke Club raise a record $1.2 million for the athletics annual fund. Prior to her stint at James Madison University, Mary was the Vice President of Sales for a start-up company in St. Louis, MO called Selling Block.
Mary graduated from Saint Louis University in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Marketing minor.
Mary is a native of Metairie, LA and currently resides in Metairie.
Director of the Tulane Athletics Fund
Michael Fisher was named Assistant Director of the Tulane Athletics Fund in March 2013. He is responsible for raising gift support for Tulane athletics and selling premium seating for the new Yulman Stadium.
Prior to Tulane, Michael worked at Virginia Commonwealth University where he was an assistant for the Ram Athletic Fund and the ticket office. Among his duties were assisting with the implementation of game day hospitality areas, men's basketball season ticket renewals, and soliciting new groups for ticket sales to men's and women's soccer, baseball and women's basketball.
Michael graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011 with a degree in Exercise Science and again in 2012 with his Masters in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Michael is originally from Richmond, VA and currently resides in New Orleans.
Assistant Director of the Tulane Athletics Fund
Jean-Preston Lucius was named Assistant Director of the Tulane Athletics Fund in October 2012. She is responsible for handling donor relations and special events.
Before joining the staff at Tulane, Jean-Preston worked at Clemson University as a Donor Relations Assistant with IPTAY and Major Gifts for the Clemson University Athletic Department. Among her duties were assisting the business office staff in day to day operations, game day promotions and on-field donor recognitions, hosting the hospitality suite at Men's Basketball, and coordinating Golf Paws, a grassroots fundraising organization for the Clemson Golf program that raised over $60,000 in its first 6 months in action.
Jean-Preston graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a degree in Elementary Education and again in 2010 with her Masters in Elementary Education.
Jean-Preston is originally from Aiken, SC and currently resides in New Orleans.
Project Assistant, Athletics Development
Zachary Frosch was named Project Assistant for Athletics Development in September 2012. He is responsible for providing administrative support for Athletics fund-raising, campaign, and major gift efforts including prospect management, tracking, reporting, and prospect identification.
Prior to Tulane, Zach served as an intern in the Athletics Development office at St. John's University. He graduated from St. John's University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business Administration. Zach interned with the Tulane Athletics Fund at Tulane in the fall of 2011.
Zach is a native of the New Orleans area and currently resides in Old Jefferson.
