Rebel Netters Find Going Tough At Tulane Invitational

NEW ORLEANS, La. - It was a tough day for the Ole Miss men's tennis team as all three Rebels lost in the first round of the Tulane Invitational at the Goldring Tennis Complex Friday.

Junior Kristofer Stahlberg lost a tight three-setter to LSU's Jesse Smatt. The scores were unavailable. Freshman Conor Casey defeated Thomas Comba of Southeastern Louisiana 6-2, 6-2 in a play-in, before losing to Eduerdo Pacheco of Arkansas in three sets 6-0, 2-6, 6-3.

Sophomore Patrick Chucri dropped his match to Tulane's No. 1 player Michael Kogan 6-2, 6-3. He teamed up with Casey in doubles, but the two lost 8-5 to Mattias Westerberg and Derya Rose.
