Coach Klein Says: Plays with a lot of weapons. Hits an extremely heavy ball from the baseline and his 6-6 frame allows him to have a very good serve. A young player with a great deal of potential.

Fall 2002: Recorded a 2-2 record with all four matches coming at the Tulsa Invitational.

Prep: Attended Bradenton Academy for four years and has been training at the IMG/Bolletieri Tennis Academy. In addition to being undefeated in singles action at Bradenton, the left-handed hitting signee was the Most Valuable Player of the school's soccer team and a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born Sept. 22, 1981 in Switzerland. The son of Jane Laborde and Ennio Maucci. Speaks five languages. His father played professional soccer for Lazio in Italy.
