Coach Klein says: "Danny is a strong competitor who is solid with both his forehand and his backhand. He uses his heavy forehand to play a grinding style of tennis. He is a tough out."

2004-05: Won his only singles match at No. 6 in the spring. Posted a 1-4 record in the fall. Earned his first collegiate win at the Ragin' Cajun Classic.

Prep: A 2004 graduate of Dr. Michael Krop High School, where he was a three-time all-city selection. Helped the Lightning to the 2004 state championship after a second-place finish in 2003..
