Last night, I stayed up a little past my bed time doing one of my favorite past times, playing spider solitaire. I've pretty good and play everyday since last year. I didn't have a TV and had to find some way to entertain myself. As a result, I think that I've become addicted.
Today I had to get up at 7 a.m. to go to breakfast, then went to the Wilson Center to go review the plays that have been installed and watch film. I was in meetings from 8:30 until 10:00. Then I went back to the room then started to play spider solitaire again before going to lunch.
I took a long nap and felt like I could have slept until tommorrow. I had meetings again at 2:15 p.m. before I went to practice. I was very excited to see that it was cool for this time of the year and there was cloud coverage. All my past years I get cramps on a daily bases and have to get IVed every few days, I dont hold any water in my body and sweat tremendously.
Because of lightning threats, we ended practice ten minutes early and didn't have to condition. I don't look forward to condition, but it comes with the territory. After practice, I went and lifted weights for about 30 minutes before I went back for meetings. We didn't have a team meeting tonight, so I studied the play book some more and played spider solitaire before I went to bed.
