Today, which by the way was move-in day for us, was a day full of surprise to me. I had always wanted to stay off campus but unfortunately have been stuck on campus where I was confined to a twin size bed. With me being six-foot-four and 265 pounds left no room to get comfortable. Even though I had my own space in the on-campus apartments, it wasn't a lot. Well, when I went to check, in the coach told me that I was off campus. Now I have to find somewhere to stay and buy furniture. But that's a good problem for me.

Most of the team has been here the whole summer, so the only new faces were some of the freshmen. I had to get my blood pressure taken, height, and weight. This was the first time I was able to fill out the paperwork and say that there wasn't anything wrong with me. In previous years I was always coming off shoulder surgeries, so I'm thankful.

The one thing that I really don't like about report day is the hours of filling out forms for the compliance department. That gets to be a bit tedious, but a necessary evil of playing college football. After the team meeting it's time to get some sleep, because tomorrow the fun starts!!

Until then, I'll still be,
Reggie Scott
