NEW ORLEANS - The Tulane football players and coaches will participate in its annual media day this Wednesday, August 8 from 1 -2 p.m. in the Hall of Fame Room at the James W. Wilson Jr. Center.

While the event is closed to the public, Tulane fans can watch first-year head coach Curtis Johnson's press conference live beginning at 1 p.m. via a video stream by clicking on the link above.

Fans can also follow the Green Wave live on Twitter (@GreenWaveFB) for updates during the press conference.

TU players and coaches will meet with local and state media representatives and discuss the upcoming 2012 season. Tulane coaches and players can also be heard on the official flagship station of Green Wave Athletics, WIST AM 690.

Tulane will practice on Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. at the Westfeldt Practice Facility. The practice is open to both the public and media.
