Tulane football will play North Texas and Rice on Fox College Sports this season.

New Orleans - FOX College Sports has announced that it will televise two of Tulane's 2013 football games, including the Oct. 5 homecoming contest against North Texas and the regular season finale on the road at Rice on Nov. 30.
The North Texas game will kick-off at 2:30 p.m. in New Orleans while the Rice game will start at 2 p.m. in Houston.
With today's two additional games, the Green Wave will now appear on television five times during the 2013 season. Tulane will play a national televised game at Louisiana Tech on Thursday, September 12 on Fox Sports at 6:30 p.m., and TU will play a pair of local and regional contests on Cox Sports Television, including South Alabama on Sept. 7 and C-USA rival Tulsa on Oct. 26.
FOX College Sports (FCS) offers three nationally distributed college sports networks - FCS Pacific, FCS Central and FCS Atlantic. The three networks combine to telecast more than 1,100 live NCAA events annually. FCS is seen by viewers in the nation's 25 largest cities, including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas and Atlanta, Houston, Seattle, Minneapolis and Tampa. Key distribution partners include Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications, Cox Communications, Cablevision Systems, Verizon FiOS, AT&T U-Verse, Mediacom Communications, and Cable One. FCS is also available on satellite through DirecTV.
Tulane will kick-off the 2013 campaign against Jackson State on Thursday, Aug. 29 at 7 p.m. in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
Season ticket packages are available for purchase and renewal by calling the Tulane Team Shop Ticket Office at 504-861-WAVE(9283). All 2013 Tulane Football season ticket holders in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome will have priority access to purchase season tickets in the Yulman Stadium (those with a history of supporting both the Tulane Athletics Fund and buying season tickets will receive enhanced priority). Season ticket packages start as low as $100 for adults and $70 for youth.
