New Orleans - The Tulane University athletic department will host a 2007 football signing day celebration on Wednesday, February 7 from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the second floor ballroom of the new Lavin-Bernick Center for University Life (located directly behind Fogelman Arena). The event is free and open to the public.

Tulane first-year head coach Bob Toledo and his staff will make their first public appearance together and will be on hand to discuss the newest members to the Green Wave football team. Fans will have the opportunity to interact with each of the coaches and learn first-hand information on each of the new signees.

The event will feature free food and drinks, highlight clips of the 2007 class, player information and fans will have the opportunity to sign up for season tickets. The 2007 campaign will feature seven home dates, including key non-conference home games against LSU and Mississippi State.

Following the festivities, fans can make the short walk next door to Fogelman Arena and watch Dave Dickerson's Green Wave men's basketball team take on UTEP in a Conference USA game at 7:00 p.m. The football coaching staff will be introduced to the crowd during halftime.
