  • Tulane has lost 34 consecutive games against ranked opponents. The Green Wave's last win over a ranked team came on Nov. 27, 1982, a 31-28 win at No. 12 LSU.

  • Tulane faced ranked opponents on back-to-back weekends for the first time since the 1999 season (Oct. 2 at No. 19 Syracuse; Oct. 9 at No. 25 Ole Miss).

  • Tulane redshirt sophomore QB Kevin Moore passed for a career-high 236 yards, topping his previous career best from one week ago by 11 yards.

  • Moore completed his first five pass attempts for the second-straight game. He completed his first six attempts a week after being perfect in his first five at Alabama.

  • Moore's first-quarter interception was the first pick thrown in his career. His last pass of the game also ended in an interception.

  • Kevin Moore's 47-yard touchdown pass to Jeremy Williams tied his career-long completion (vs Rice, Nov 17, 2007 to Brian King)

  • Jeremy Williams' 47-yard TD catch was his longest reception for a touchdown in his career.

  • Jeremy Williams turned in his fourth game with 100+ receiving yards, finishing with 138 yards on eight receptions. He is tied for ninth in Tulane history with four in his career.

  • Andre Anderson turned in his first career game with two or more touchdown rushes. He finished with 82 yards on 33 attempts.

  • Senior safety David Skehan recorded his fifth career fumble recovery.

  • A week after holding No. 13 Alabama to 3-of-11 on third downs, the Wave held No. 14 East Carolina to 3-of-10. The Green Wave entered the game ranked 26th in the NCAA in third down efficiency defense.

  • Senior defensive end Reggie Scott snared his first career interception in the second quarter after batting the pass in the air to himself.

  • Freshman Kasey Stelly earned his first career start, taking Tulane's first offensive snap at fullback.

  • Tulane debuts: Junior walk-on wide receiver Reece Thomas made his Tulane debut on special teams, while freshman defensive tackle Cedric Wilson made his on a fourth-quarter drive.

  • Tulane's captains for the game: senior center Michael Parenton, senior defensive end Reggie Scott, senior guard Troy Kropog, senior cornerback Josh Lumar.
