2007 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 11 games and earned his first collegiate start strong-side linebacker against No. 2 LSU... finished with four tackles (3 solo) on the year... 2006 (FRESHMAN): Played in 11 games and was named to the Conference USA All-Freshman team... recorded 16 tackles (six solo) and 1.5 takedowns for lost yardage... came up with a career-best five tackles, including one TFL vs. Rice... was credited with four stops at No. 10 LSU and tallied two tackles, including a TFL vs. SMU... was credited three tackles and a quarterback hurry at UTEP.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterman at Gloucester High and played one season at Fork Union Military Academy... at Fork Union, recorded 55 tackles, six sacks and two interceptions in 11 games... as a senior, named second-team all-Peninsula District and third-team all-area honors after hauling in 67 passes for 817 yards and posting 82 tackles and three sacks... as a junior, was credited with 59 tackles and 12 sacks, including a four-sack performance... started at defensive end and tight end as a sophomore and scored a pair of touchdowns... also earned three letters in basketball and track and field.
