2003: Tulane's top return man on both kickoffs and punts as a true freshman... recorded 38 kickoff returns for 830 yards for an average of 21.8 yards per return, second in Conference USA... his 38 returns and 830 yards rank second on the Tulane single-season charts... returned his first collegiate kickoff 100 yards for a touchdown in front of an ESPN national television audience versus TCU (9/1) and tied the school and Superdome record... on 10 punt returns, averaged 10.5 yards per return with a long of 45 yards... compiled 1,004 all-purpose yards to rank third on the team with 34 rushing (four carries) and 35 receiving yards (three catches) to go with the returns... registered a career-best 144 all-purpose yards against UAB (11/8), including a 21-yard rush and a season-long 45-yard punt return... his first career touchdown reception came on a season-long 16-yard catch against Houston (10/11).
HIGH SCHOOL: Member of the Times-Picayune Top 25 Blue Chip list... named the St. Charles Parish offensive MVP by the St. Charles Herald-Guide... selected as the all-Metro Offensive Player of the Year his senior year... caught 64 passes for 1,202 yards to average 18.8 yards per catch in 2002... grabbed 15 touchdown passes... during his junior season, he was named the district co-MVP after catching 34 passes for 806 yards and 11 touchdowns... also received an honorable mention spot on the all-state team his junior season.
