Prior To Tulane: Started all six games he played in at center as a true freshman at Central Oklahoma for coach Nick Bobeck...posted 39 pancake blocks for the season, including 11 in his first collegiate start vs Cal Poly.

High School: Two-year letterman at Jesuit Prep where he played offensive guard and center for coach Bob Wunderlick...helped guide the team to the playoffs both seasons...earned first-team all-district honors as a senior after posting 41 pancake blocks.
