2012: Played in all 12 games with a pair of starts at defensive end as a true freshman...finished tied for sixth on the team in sacks (1.0), tied for eighth in tackles for loss (2.5) and tied for ninth in pass break-ups (1) while posting 20 tackles (12 solo, 8 assists)...recorded seven multiple-tackle outings, including a career-high four (all solo) and a sack vs East Carolina (11/17)...had two tackles on six occasions: both solo vs ULM (9/29); 1 solo, 1 assist at Tulsa (9/8), vs UAB (10/27), vs Rice (11/3) and at Houston (11/24); and both assists at Memphis (11/10)...added a tackle for loss and a pass break-up at Tulsa and had a half tackle for loss vs SMU (10/13).
