2003: Played in 11 games, making 10 catches for 101 yards. His lone touchdown grab of the year was a 16-yard reception against Louisville (10/17). Had two catches in three different games. Had a season-long 27-yard reception against Army (9/20), finishing with 36 receiving yards. Also caught a pair of passes against Mississippi State (9/13) and Memphis (10/25).

2002: Led Tulane in yards per catch with 12 grabs for 252 yards to average 21.0 yards per catch. Made his season and career-long catch of 43 yards on a touchdown grab versus Louisiana-Monroe (10/5). Caught four passes for 111 yards and the TD in the Monroe game to record the only 100-yard receiving game by a Tulane player in 2002 and the first 100-yard game of his career. Caught passes in seven of 12 games played. Missed the UAB game (10/19) with an injury. Had two-catch games against TCU (11/9) and Hawai'i (12/25). Grabbed a 38-yard reception in the Texas game (9/28) while logging a 26-yarder in the Navy game (10/26).

2001: A late signee who played in all 12 games. Started seven of the final eight contests. Fourth on the team with 25 catches for 277 yards. Had his first career catch, a 23-yarder, against LSU (9/1). Tallied season-bests of four catches for 61 yards at Army (10/20). Also collected three receptions in four different games. His lone touchdown was an eight-yard reception against Southern (9/29).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2001 graduate of O.P. Walker High School, where he lettered in football, baseball and track. Named the District MVP and a Coaches All-State pick. Tallied 91 receptions for 1,449 yards and 20 touchdowns in his career. As a senior, had 52 catches for 674 yards and 10 TD's. Played for Coach Frank Wilson. Also earned regional MVP honors in track and all-district recognition in the long jump.

PERSONAL: Carl Lee Davis, III. Born May 26, 1982 in New Orleans. The son of Matricia Pazon and Carl Davis, Jr. An honor roll student since the seventh grade. Majoring in media arts with a minor in studio arts.
