2007 (FRESHMAN): A walk-on... did not play; received a red-shirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterman at Great Bridge High for coaches Brian Boerboom and Pete Gale... a versatile student-athlete, saw time at running back, wide receiver, tight end and linebacker... twice named All-Southeastern District, earning the honor as a tight end as a junior and as an inside linebacker as a senior... during junior season, led the district with 53 receptions for more than 600 yards... also lettered twice in wrestling and once in track and field... off the field, was a member of the National Honor Society and Army JROTC.

PERSONAL: Majoring in political science... born Logan Efrain CoBell on Dec. 23, 1988, in Chesepeake, Va... one of two twin sons of James and Bea CoBell... twin brother is named James IV... father played football at Wittenburg University.
