Career Notes: Two-year letterman has played in 24 career games with 18 starts…will open fall practice atop the depth chart at right guard.

2014: Started all 12 games as a sophomore...claimed Second-Team All-American Athletic Conference honors from Phil Steele Publications…helped the offense average 346.8 yards per game (145.5 rushing, 201.25 passing) as a starter on the offensive line…paved the way for 516 total yards (254 rushing, 262 passing) in the season-opener at Tulsa (8/28)…blocked for one 300-yard game through the air on the season at East Carolina (11/22).

Played in 12 games with four starts at right guard as a true freshman...helped the team average 256.5 yards per game (84.8 rushing, 171.8 passing) as a starter...paved the way for the offense roll up 388 yards vs Louisiana-Lafayette in the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl (12/21), including 286 through the air...blocked for a 149-yard effort at UTSA (11/9)...part of an offensive line that did not allow a sack at Rice (11/30).

High School: Three-year letterman at Zachary High for coach Neil Weiner...rated a four-star recruit by ESPN.com while garnering three-star status from Rivals.com and 247Sports.com, and two-star status from Scout.com...ranked the No. 8 offensive guard in the country by ESPN.com, No. 38 at the position by Rivals.com, No. 73 by 247Sports.com and No. 102 by Scout.com...listed No. 190 in the ESPN 300 while receiving an 83 Scout Grade and listing as the No. 8 prospect in the state by ESPN.com...rated the No. 37 prospect in the state by Rivals.com and received an 82 rating and listed as the No. 57 recruit in the state by 247Sports.com...also listed as the No. 39 recruit in the state in the Times Picayune Nifty 50...helped the Broncos tally a 22-12-1 overall record, an 11-7 mark in district play, three trips to the state playoffs and a share of the District 4-5A title as a junior...named first-team all-district and all-metro in each of his final two prep seasons...claimed first-team all-state honors as a senior and honorable-mention all-state recognition as a junior...also lettered four years in weight lifting, helping Zachary win state titles each year.
