2001: Saw action in eight games total, including the last five games of the season, mostly on special teams. Recorded seven tackles. Tallied a career-best three tackles, including his lone solo tackle in the opener against BYU (8/25). Also collected two tackles at Southern Miss (11/17).
2000: Redshirted the season.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2000 graduate of St. Augustine High School. One of the city's top defensive players. Totaled 115 tackles as a senior, while serving as team captain. A two-time all-district honoree. Named to the WWL all-district team. Helped team to a berth in the state quarterfinals. Played for Coach Tony Biagas. Chose Tulane over Arkansas, Baylor and Louisiana Tech.
