TU has captured four straight victories in the series and will look to earn a season sweep against the Pirates for the second straight year. Tulane has a mark of 3-0 against ECU in New Orleans. Earlier this season in Greenville, TU notched its first conference win of the year with a 65-56 road win. The Wave's only loss in the series came on the road during the 2003-04 campaign. The East Carolina game marks the final home game for three Tulane seniors. Kory Castine, Andrew Garcia and Chris Moore will don their white home jerseys in Fogelman Arena for the final time on Wednesday. Castine has played in 86 career games with 18 starts and has been a productive player for the Green Wave during his four seasons. Although he has been sidelined in the past few weeks with an injury, he has enjoyed the best season of his career in 2006-07. He is a media arts major, who will receive his bachelor's degree from Tulane in May 2008. Garcia has played in 54 career games with 10 starts and is on the verge of becoming just the 10th player in school history to lead the team in assists in consecutive seasons. A May 2006 graduate with a bachelor's degree in history, he is currently working towards a master's degree in history, and is a two-time member of the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll. Moore has played in 108 career games with 63 starts and is Tulane's third all-time leader for career three-point field goals with 135, and his 420 three-point attempts also ranks third all-time. He has connected on five three-point field goals three different times in his career, which ranks 10th on the Green Wave's single game list. Two weeks ago, he became the third player in school history to receive Conference USA Player of the Week honors and he collected the same weekly award from the Louisiana Sports Writers Association.
