Fans can purchase special tickets for as low as $5 for Wednesday's game between Tulane and Southern Miss.

New Orleans - In honor of the New Year and to help bolster an already long standing rivalry, Tulane Athletics is offering a special ticket price for the TU men's basketball game against Southern Miss on Wednesday, January 14 with $5 end-court tickets at Fogelman Arena. End court tickets are normally $10, so basketball fans across the region are encouraged to take advantage of this is limited time opportunity. Tip-off is slated for 7:05 p.m.
"Southern Miss is our biggest rival and in order for us to have success against them we need our fans and students to fill Fogelman Arena and make our home floor a tough place to play for all our opponents," Tulane head coach Dave Dickerson said. "We are coming off our first conference win in a home opener in 12 years so we are looking forward to hosting Southern Miss and protecting our home floor. I hope everyone had a great holiday season and I look forward to seeing all of our fans this Wednesday night at Fogelman Arena."
The Green Wave has faced the Golden Eagles more times than any Conference USA opponent. Wednesday's game will mark the 67th meeting in the all-time series. The two schools have met regularly since 1948 and have been members of both the Metro Conference and C-USA. TU leads the series, 39-27.
