Harold Juluke begins his first season as an assistant coach with the Tulane men's basketball program. A native of New Orleans, Juluke returns to his hometown after spending the last five seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Louisiana-Monroe.

In five seasons at ULM, Juluke worked primarily with post players on the court and also served as the recruiting coordinator for the Warhawks, helping ULM keep many top in-state players close to home. This past season, the ULM roster featured six student-athletes from the state of Louisiana, including three from the city of New Orleans. One of those players from the Crescent City, Lawrence Gilbert, was rated a four-star recruit by Rivals.com coming out of high school.

In 2009-10, Juluke helped first-year power forward Tommie Sykes earn All-Louisiana honorable mention accolades from the Louisiana Sports Writers Association. Center Rudy Turner also reached third on the all-time blocked shots list at ULM during the season, just his third at ULM. Both Sykes and Turner finished in the top-20 in the Sun Belt in rebounding for the season.

The previous season, under Juluke's tutelage, Turner ranked fourth in the Sun Belt in rebounding and sixth in blocked shots. His single-season blocked shot totals in each of the past two seasons have ranked among the ten-best seasons in school history.

Juluke helped the Warhawks win a share of the Sun Belt Western Division in 2006-07, the school's first season in the conference, after being picked to finish last. ULM finished that season with 18 victories, the most in five years for the program.

Prior to his time at ULM, Juluke served as the Director of Basketball Operations at Hartford for two seasons while earning a master's degree in business administration in 2005.

Juluke is a 2002 graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where he lettered for two seasons under Billy Kennedy. Before transferring to SLU, Juluke was a two-year letterwinner at Hartford. Juluke graduated from St. Augustine High School in New Orleans.
