As a Freshman (2000-2001): Established himself as a Fogelman fan favorite. Tallied career-highs of seven points (including his fourth three-pointer of the year) and three steals in 23 minutes of action at Saint Louis (2/24). Hit his third three-pointer of the year against Southern Miss (2/24). Saw 23 minutes of action against South Florida (2/3). Played a career-high 32 minutes against Cincinnati (1/29), scoring three points. Hit his second three-pointer of the year against South Florida (1/13). Had a stretch of 15 consecutive free throws made snapped against Louisville (1/10). Established career-highs in minutes (23), points (6) and rebounds (4) in the loss to UAB (1/7). Started against Lamar (1/3) and played 22 minutes, establishing career-bests in rebounds (3) and assists (4). Played 18 minutes against No. 5 Florida (12/28). Tallied five points, including the first three-pointer of his career, against Long Beach State (11/26). Notched four points in the loss to nationally-ranked Oklahoma (11/25). Scored his first career points with a three-point play against Hawaii-Hilo (11/24). Played 18 minutes with two rebounds, two assists, and two steals against VCU (11/20). Opened his career with a 16-minute effort against Nicholls State (11/17), sparking the Wave off the bench.
Prep: Played for Coach Dave First as a senior at Tabor Academy in Marion, Mass., helping the team to the New England Prep School Championship. Played at Woodward Academy in Atlanta as a junior. Earned team MVP honors after leading the school in minutes, steals, assists, and field goal percentage, and finishing second in scoring. Lettered for the varsity as a sophomore at St. John?s at Prospect Hall in Frederick, Md., where the team was rated the No. 1 high school in the nation.
