"I would put him in the same category as Tino Martinez and Luis Gonzalez. He's got the total package. Half the time teams don't want to pitch to him, and the better the pitching, the better he gets. He's a great teammate and just goes about his work. I know how hard Tino worked to get where he got, and Michael has some of the same characteristics.
