With a trip to Omaha on the line, Tulane junior J.R. Crowel took the mound for the Green Wave in game three on Monday.

 The key hit of the series - junior Brian Bogusevic managed to poke this ball past the pitcher and into centerfield to drive in a pair of runs, putting the Wave on top 4-3 in the eighth inning.

 Sophomore Mark Hamilton scored the go-ahead run in the eighth inning on Bogusevic's single.
