"It's going to be a night game under the lights and both teams are going to be amped up. It's a lot of fun when you have a lot of fans into it and there are a lot of emotions in the game."

"We don't want to leave a question in anybody's mind if we're a Regional team or not. Pretty much, it's in our hands. If we win, we're going to be in. If we don't win, we're going to be on the bubble."

"This is what you're here for. Every team in Division I has a goal and that goal is to get to Omaha and play for a national championship. This is where it starts. You work all season for this. You work all off season for this. This starts the drive to that position where we want to be. If you're not ready to go, you've got a problem and I can't help you. You've got to be ready to go and we are. We're excited, we're jacked up. It's at our place, so we're going to be ready to go."
On the importance of hosting the C-USA Tournament
"We don't have to break our routine at all. We've got a routine going and we need to keep it. We get to sleep in our own bed and get back out here (to Greer Field at Turchin Stadium). I don't know what else to say. Everybody knows how big of an advantage it is, and we've got it. It feels good."
