New Orleans - Tulane head coach Rick Jones and the 2010 Green Wave baseball team will hold an open practice as part of a festivity-filled fan day on Saturday, January 30 at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium. Gates will open at 1 p.m., and the event will begin at 2 p.m. and run through 6 p.m. Admission is free and fans are encouraged to park in the Rosen Lot, which is located off of Claiborne Avenue.
Fan day kicks off at 1 p.m. with concession stands open for anyone wanting to come out for a late lunch and catch an early glimpse of the Wave as the team warms up. There will also be a fun area for kids set up behind the right field bleachers, which will include inflatables and a band. All season ticket holders will be able to pick up their season tickets, and anyone who renewed their tickets by the early renewal deadline will also receive their early renewal gifts.
