2006: Played in six games as a sophomore, including a start as the designated hitter against Manhattan (March 3)...hit .167 (1-for-6) and had nine putouts and an assist as a reserve first baseman...lone hit of the year came against UNO (April 4) when he went 1-for-2...had a season-best six putouts against the Privateers, and tallied an assist against Penn State (Feb. 19)...off the diamond, was a member of the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2005: Played in five games as a redshirt-freshman, all off the bench...posted a hit in his first career at-bat and had a sacrifice fly in the same game vs. Marist (3/5)...had a putout and an assist vs. Memphis (5/6)...off the diamond, was a member of the Conference USA Commissioner's List, Tulane's 3.0 Club and the Dean's List.
2004: Redshirted his first year with the Green Wave program...off the diamond, was a member of the Conference USA Commissioner's List, Tulane's 3.0 Club and the Dean's List.
Summer Ball: Played for the Saratoga Phillies of the New York Collegiate Baseball League in 2005...hit .260 with seven RBI and three stolen bases.
High School: Two-year letterman at Archbishop Rummel High for coach Frank Cazeaux...helped the Raiders to the state playoffs both seasons, advancing to the semifinals as a junior and quarterfinals as a senior...named first-team All-Catholic League and Academic All-State as a senior after leading Rummel with a .380 batting average...hit .320 as a junior in helping the Raiders win the Catholic League title...during the summers, helped the JPRD East Bank squad advance to the World Series three consecutive seasons, including a runner-up finish in 1999 and the championship in 2000...also lettered twice in basketball...off the diamond, was a member of the Principal's Honor Roll and Fellowship of Christian Athletes...graduated in the top five percent of his class, and was a Head Start officer.
