Summer 1999: Played for Topeka in the Kansas Jayhawk League...Named First Team All-Jayhawk League(second base).

Junior: Named the MVP of the Conference USA Tournament...Collegiate Baseball First Team Defensive All-American...Hit .326 with 32 RBI and seven stolen bases in 61 games...Saw action at first base for the majority of the season...Went 10-for-17 (.588), with one double, one triple and three RBI in the Conference USA Tournament...Went 2-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI against Arizona...Had a season high four hits against Southern Miss in the C-USA Tournament...Recorded a season high three RBI twice and half of his RBI season total were hit in the postseason...Hit four home runs...Hit .444 (16-for-36) with a double, a triple, a home run, eight RBI and .529 on base percentage in the post season...Finished year on a season high 10 game hit streak...Recorded .984 fielding percentage.
