2005: Received a medical redshirt with an elbow the diamond, was a member of the Conference USA Commissioner's List, Tulane's 3.0 Club and the Dean's List.

2004: Appeared in 11 games of relief as a sophomore...posted a 6.14 ERA with 12 strikeouts and just six walks in 14.2 innings of work...tallied three multiple-strikeout games, including a season-best three punchouts at Arizona State (3/13)...held opponents hitless twice, and without an earned run on four occasions...pitched a season-long 2.0 inning four the diamond, was a member of Tulane's 3.0 Club and the Dean's List.

2003: Appeared in 24 games as a true freshman, all in relief...ranked second on the team in appearances, and had a 3-1 record out of the bullpen to go with a 6.12 ERA in 32.1 innings of work...earned victories in back-to-back outings, tossing 3.0 innings against Pepperdine (2/22), giving up two earned runs on three hits while walking three and striking out five...tossed 2.2 scoreless innings of relief against Southeastern Louisiana (2/25) when he gave up just one hit and no walks while striking out a career-high five batters...tallied six multiple-strikeout games, including a career-best five, twice...held opponents hitless on eight occasions and kept them off the scoreboard 13 times...tossed a career-long 3.0 innings against Pepperdine (2/22) and again vs. Louisiana-Lafayette (3/5)...away from the field, earned C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition.

Summer Ball: Played for the Sanford Mainers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League in 2003 and the Vienna Senators of the Clark Griffith League in Sanford, appeared in 11 games as a reliever, tallying two saves, a 1-2 mark and a 1.64 ERA in 22.0 innings of work...with Vienna, pitched in five games, including four starts, with a 2-1 record, 2.96 ERA and 15 strikeouts in 24.1 innings.

High School: Three-year letterman at Mandeville High for coach Carey Stockton...selected by the Kansas City Royals in the 35th round of the 2002 draft...tallied a 28-9 career record with a 1.23 ERA and a .158 opponent batting average...went 31 games without giving up an earned run, 14 without allowing a walk and 12 without allowing a a senior, named to the state All-Star team and inducted into the Mandeville High Hall of Fame after going 9-4 with a 1.30 ERA...named one of Louisiana's Top 10 Prospects in 2002 by Baseball America...named to the Academic all-state team as a a junior, went 6-3 with a 1.15 the diamond, was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class.
