I chose Tulane because... It is in a great city and has very good academics, not to mention the awesome food in New Orleans.
The best part about playing baseball at Tulane is... that I get to hang out with my best friends every day doing the one thing I enjoy most.
My goals for this season are... Omaha.
Do you have any pregame rituals/superstitions? I always kick the foul line before the game. That is supposed to be bad luck, but I find it helps me.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of baseball? I like to go fishing, eat, sleep, and play Playstation 3.
What is your favorite food? Favorite Game Day Meal? My favorite food is crawfish and crab. I always eat a PB&J and banana before the game.
If you could play for any MLB team, who would it be? Houston Astros. They are close to home and I grew up watching them. They are also not very good, so my chances of playing would be better.
Who was your idol growing up? I didn't have one.
If you were not playing baseball, what would you be doing? I would be hunting and fishing all the time.
What music do you like to listen to before a game? I never listen to music before the game, but if I do it's usually rap or rock music.
What is your hidden talent? I can touch my tongue to my nose.
What is your favorite type of animal? A snake because my mom would never let me get one and they are low maintenance.
Why did the chicken cross the road? To show the armadillo how it's done.
What is your favorite thing about New Orleans? The food and people. Everyone is super friendly and take their food seriously.
If you were going to be stranded on an island and could have 3 things with you, what 3 items would you take with you? A gun, knife, and a friend to hang out with.
What's something no one knows about you? I have a secret passion for cooking.
Vanilla or Chocolate? Chocolate.
One word that describes you as a person.... Goofy.
